Returns And Happiness Guarantee

At Happiness Artisans, every piece of gear is created with purpose -- to encourage, remind, and inspire you as you build a life of greater resilience, joy, and emotional strength.

Many Happiness Artisans items are printed especially for you when your order is placed. Because these products are individually created, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items due to ordering the wrong size, color preference, or a change of mind.

Please review the size charts and product details carefully before ordering. If you have questions before purchasing, we are happy to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your experience matters to us. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please verify that your shipping address is correct and check with your local carrier first, as packages are sometimes held for pickup. If the package cannot be located, please contact us at support@happinessartisans.com  within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the situation and do our best to help find a solution.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A clear photo showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will gladly help make it right. If the issue qualifies as a production error, damaged item, or fulfillment mistake, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Because many Happiness Artisans items are custom-created after purchase, we are not able to offer traditional exchanges on made-to-order products.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
