At Happiness Artisans, every order is handled with care. Our goal is to get your items to you as quickly and smoothly as possible while ensuring they are created with the quality and intention they deserve.

Processing Time

Many Happiness Artisans items are created especially for you after your order is placed. Made-to-order products typically require 3–7 business days for production before shipping. During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–10 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship through USPS, UPS, or other carriers depending on your location and the fulfillment provider handling your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Happiness Artisans is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders requiring reshipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require a new order or additional shipping charges.

International Shipping

At this time, Happiness Artisans LLC ships within the United States only and does not offer international shipping. We hope to expand shipping options in the future as our community grows.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@happinessartisans.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the situation and do our best to help find a solution.
